职务职称:油菜研究室副主任,研究员。
主要从事油菜新品种选育和重要性状分子调控研究。2011年入选江苏省农业科学院院学科带头人优秀后备人才;2013年8月-2014年8月入选江苏省委组织部科技镇长团成员,在仪征市挂职1年;2015-2016年加拿大萨斯喀彻温省大学生物化学系,访问教授一年。2010年起,在国内率先开展油菜雌性不育的机理研究及化学杀雄品种选育。主持获得国家自然科学基金面上项目、江苏省自然科学基金、中央财政推广项目等10项, 制定江苏省地方标准1项;授权专利1项、品种权1项。以主要完成人育成宁油20、宁油22、宁杂559、宁油26、宁杂1818、宁杂118、宁杂1838及宁杂158品种8个。获科技进步奖2项,其中省科技进步一等奖1项(第3完成人)。
